We plan to take advantage of the sophisticated home-building know-how we cultivated here in Japan and apply it to the city of Bangkok, which has undergone remarkable development.

Serviced apartment project introducing InterContinental Hotels Group brand making first entry into asia pacific

This will be Nomura's first serviced apartment project, including projects within and outside of Japan, and the plan is to develop a 31-floor apartment with 303 units under the name "Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor." Furthermore, this project marks the first step into Asia Pacific for "Staybridge Suites," the serviced apartment brand of InterContinental Hotels Group to be introduced by the two companies.

Participating in Urban Luxury Condominium Project of Approximately 1,200 Units

The project is located in Thong Lo, Watthana District, known as being a luxury residential area in Bangkok. Many foreigners live in the area including Japanese nationals and there is an agglomeration of international schools, luxury supermarkets, etc. Moreover, there will be approximately 60 shared facilities established and hotel-like management services through collaboration with the InterContinental Hotels Group.
