Our diverse series includes large-scale office buildings in the city center, medium-sized high-grade offices (PMO), small office with services responding to changing social needs (H¹O), and satellite-type shared offices (H¹T).
As we expand each series, we are also building an office portfolio that can provide one-stop support for corporate growth and diversifying work styles, proposing office strategies for the new era.

Completed in October 2023 as the redevelopment project for the former Nomura Real Estate Tameike Building.As part of our business planning and supervision, we combined timber building materials using Shimizu Corporation’s Shimizu Hy-wood® with steel frame construction. This approach enabled comfortable column-free timber office spaces while maintaining high earthquake and fire resistance. The project was selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s Leading Sustainable Building Project (Wood-Leading Type) in fiscal 2021. Maximizing wood usage to achieve CO2 reduction, introducing high-efficiency equipment, and optimizing office lighting and electrical capacity, the building has obtained ZEB Ready certification as a structure that reduces primary energy consumption by over 50% compared to standard buildings. Additionally, the timber interiors and open column-free spaces provide an office environment that contributes to worker health and intellectual productivity. In 2024, it received the Prime Minister’s Award in the Excellent Facilities category of the Timber Utilization Advancement Competition, recognized for its expected contribution as an example of timber use in mid-to-high-rise offices.

By bringing together over 50 tenant companies and a commercial zone with approximately 40 stores, the Shinjuku Nomura Building is constantly filled with activity and life.

Nihonbashi is an area of Tokyo with over 400 years of history, originating from the Five Routes of the Edo period.The Nihonbashi Muromachi Nomura Building harmonizes with surrounding historical buildings while implementing CO2 emission suppression through energy-saving measures, green power purchases, rooftop greening, and more, thereby achieving ecological and safe future-oriented urban development. The building is directly connected to Tokyo Metro Mitsukoshimae Station, as well.
The commercial zone spanning the first basement floor up to the ninth floor forms a facility complex dubbed YUITO, which consists of various shops, business floors, and service zones.We have created value in Nihonbashi, ensuring that business hub functions harmonize with commercial and service hub functions by making the most of excellent accessibility.

Yokohama Business Park, a 4-minute walk from Sotetsu Line's Tennōchō Station, is an intelligent city equipped with advanced facilities and functions. At Lazona Kawasaki Toshiba Building, we optimize office environments using a building energy management system. We have reduced CO₂ emissions to about half the typical office building level through adoption of high-efficiency air conditioning and lighting equipment. In addition, we have strengthened disaster preparedness with a seismic isolation structure and 72-hour BCP infrastructure. As a locally rooted office building, Lazona Kawasaki Toshiba Building achieves circulation plans that enhance convenience and walkability to contribute to station-front revitalization.

This redevelopment project, approved by the Japanese Prime Minister in June 2015 as a National Strategic Urban Planning Building Development Project in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area National Strategic Special Zone, was completed in 2020 as a large-scale office building directly connected to Toranomon Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. In the major business area formed with nearby Shimbashi and Kasumigaseki stations, it contributes to strengthening functionality as an international business hub with high accessibility to waterfront areas and international airports. We also work to solve urban issues such as deterioration of surrounding buildings and congestion at Toranomon Station, contributing both to the formation of safe and convenient pedestrian networks through platform widening and to advanced disaster-resistant urban development through disaster infrastructure improvements.
